Dear Parents/Guardians,

Just a friendly reminder that VBS starts on Monday, August 12 from 9:00 AM and goes until 3:30 PM. Drop off begins as early as 8 AM. Our VBS is currently full and will only accept children to be placed on our waiting list.

Here are some reminders when sending your child to our camp:

(1) FILL OUT AN AUTHORIZED PICK UP FORM

For the safety of the VBS Children, if you would like to add another adult that can pick up your child, please fill out the addition to our “Authorized Pick Up Form” on page 3. This form ensures that only authorized persons are able to sign-out and leave with your child.

Be sure to fill out this form and send it back to us promptly via email by Friday, August 9. You can even take a picture of it and send it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it A photo ID is required upon pick up as we will not release your child to anyone but a parent unless written consent is given for other authorized persons (e.g., a sibling/friend/neighbor).

(5) THINGS TO PREPARE

Please bring a hat, water bottle (labelled with child’s name), sunglasses and sunscreen for our daily outdoor recess if the weather permits (the gym will also be opened during this time). A small backpack (labelled with child’s name) is also recommended to hold all of these items. Please do not bring electronics or anything that could be a distraction to the program offered.

(6) LUNCH

We offer lunch each day at VBS. Due to allergies to seafood and nuts (of all sorts), we request that you also keep MCMAC a “nut-free” environment.
